We encourage every adopting family to collect their kitten in person.
Meeting your kitten at home, seeing where they were born and raised, and spending time with their parents is the best start to your journey together. It builds trust — for you and for the kitten. Personal collection also allows us to walk you through care routines, answer questions face to face, and make sure the transition feels right for everyone.
We understand this isn’t always possible. Families adopt from IconicSX across the UK, Europe, and internationally — and distance, schedules, or travel restrictions can make personal collection difficult. For those situations, we arrange safe, fully documented transport with the same standard of care we apply to everything else
We currently offer safe and reliable transport options for our Sphynx kittens.
Within the UK, kittens can be delivered by road using trusted, licensed pet couriers. For international families, we arrange air transport with an insured in-cabin pet nanny to ensure the kitten’s comfort and safety throughout the journey, if for some reason you can not collect the kitten by yourself.
In some cases, we may also offer personal delivery by air, depending on location and availability.
We prioritise safety and comfort during travel, providing secure carriers and ensuring kitten has access to food, water, and any necessary care during the journey.
For transportation within the European Union and Worldwide Transportation, we adhere to all necessary regulations and requirements, including the proper documentation and health certificates needed for travel. We understand the importance of these regulations in ensuring the health and safety are met.
