​1. You will be adopting a pedigree Sphynx kitten or cat that meets all recognised breed standards. Our kittens are healthy, well socialised, fully litter-trained and training wheel accustomed. They are registered with GCCF and TICA, and come from pedigrees containing multiple Championbloodlines.

2. You will receive full copies of both parents’ health test results, including:

• DNA confirmation of DBE gene status,

• Comprehensive genetic screening covering over 70 genes, such as:

  HCM (please note that this gene is autosomal dominant, meaning that even one affected copy can potentially lead to HCM in the future),

  CMS (Congenital Myasthenic Syndrome), BHK, HR, GSD4, PKD, PRA, PK-Def, SMA, and many others.

All our breeding cats are clear of any known genetic mutations — they do not carry even a single copy of any affected gene that could contribute to the development of hereditary diseases.

Apart of above, annual HCM Scans of parents , test results for : FeLv , FIV ,Toxoplasma IgG & IgM, Coronavirus, URI and parasites  . 

3. Our kittens undergo several veterinary examinations throughout their development to ensure optimal health and growth. They receive age-appropriate vaccinations, preventive parasite treatments, and a full health check before leaving for their new homes.

Each kitten is issued an official veterinary health certificate confirming that they are healthy, free from parasites, and fit for travel or adoption.

4.    At IconicSX, we prioritise the well-being of our kittens and we are committed to ethical breeding practices. Due to this, all of our kittens go spayed/neutered to their new owners. Kittens rely on the environment they are exposed to in order to build their immunity and get adapted to their surroundings. This can cause stress and break down their immune systems, leaving them vulnerable to disease, if spayed or neutered in their new owner's home. You can read more here here

5.   Our kittens leave for their forever homes from the age of  16 weeks old. This allows them to have the much-needed socialization, vaccination, and nurturing from mum and littermates before going to their various homes. The wait until this age enables us to ensure that our kittens are very well adjusted, confident, and emotionally ready for their new environments. At no point we release our kittens earlier.

6. Health Guarantee — HCM & Genetic Defects

​For Pet Kittens

We provide a 3-year HCM (Hypertrophic Cardiomyopathy) Warranty and a Genetic Defect Warranty, covering all congenital and hereditary conditions confirmed by certified veterinary specialists.

This warranty is valid provided that the cat has received appropriate care, diet, and veterinary supervision, and has not beenrehomed outside the terms of the Sale Agreement.

For Kittens with Breeding Rights

We offer a 3-year or up to the first litter (whichever comes first) HCM and Genetic Defect Warranty.

The warranty applies only when the cat is maintained under proper breeding, health, and nutritional conditions, in accordance with the Sale Agreement and ethical breeding standards.

7. Lifelong support 

Every kitten or cat from IconicSX comes with lifelong support from the breeder. We remain available to assist with health, nutrition, behavioural advice, and — where applicable — breeding guidance.

Our responsibility does not end when a kitten leaves our home. We believe that responsible breeding means being there for every cat we have brought into the world — for life.

8. You can be added to the waiting list by filling out a contact questionnaire and paying a fully refundable waiting list deposit of £200. When the waiting list opens for deposits, to secure a kitten a non-refundable deposit of 50% of the cat price is taken, discounted by £200 if you have previously paid the waiting list deposit. This deposit is transferable to another kitten or litter in case of the change of circumstances on your side, however, if the circumstances are changed  once the kitten is sterilised, the deposit will not be longer transferable . Unless we agreed in advance,  deposit must be paid within 24 hours of the invoice being issued or the animal will be re-advertised.

Delays in realising a kitten may occur due to cancellation of spaying/castration appointment or longer recovery period after surgery

Our kittens usually have 2 follow up visits after spaying/castration ( on the 3rd and 10th day) , and we release our kittens to the new homes only when our vet says it is safe to do so and no further follow up is needed.

If  the home transfer is not possible  due to an issue on our side like dead of the animal or any serious health problems, you will be given the option to either receive a refund of paid money  or rollover to a later litter.​​

9) At IconicSX, we believe that transparency and trust are the foundation of every ethical adoption. For this reason, all transactions are conducted formally and documented for your protection as well as ours.

No agreement of sale is considered binding between you and IconicSX until the full payment has been received in accordance with the invoice issued by us.

This invoice will include:

1. The date of issue

2. Your name and address

3. Full details of the kitten, including name, registration number, microchip number, colour, and parents’ names

4. The total adoption fee, including any deductions such as a reservation deposit

5. A clear overview of delivery or collection arrangements, including any applicable fees

6. Payment terms and conditions

IconicSX is a legally registered cattery and business entity, operating in full compliance with UK law. Registered under Company House Number SC796112, Scotland, United Kingdom.

We are committed to ethical breeding, transparency, and responsible ownership — at every stage of the adoption process

10. The cattery is running by appointments only . If you are within a 10-hour distance and are unable to visit us to collect the kitten,  the kitten can be delivered to you when it is 4 months old or older . For longer distances, arrangements can be made for a kitten nanny  to fly the kitten to you.  Additional costs will apply for kittens' delivery.

11.  Adoption Fee

The adoption fee for a standard-eyed kitten starts from £1500.

For DBE (Dominant Blue Eye) kittens, adoption fees start from £1800, regardless of colour or gender.

For odd-eyed kittens, adoption fee details are available upon request only.

All kittens sold as pets are placed under a strict non-breeding agreement and will leave neutered or spayed.

The adoption fee reflects the quality of care, comprehensive health testing, and the individual socialisation and preparation each kitten receives before adoption.

​Breeding Cats (Approved Catteries Only) 

Breeding kittens or cats from IconicSX are available by individual arrangement only. Each case is evaluated based on breeding ethics, genetic standards, and compatibility with our long-term goals for the DBE program.

Adoption fees for breeding rights are determined individually and reflect the cat’s genetic value and  health status.

Our cats are high-quality, show-proven animals, many of them Champions or direct offspring of Champions registered with GCCF and TICA. Because of their genetic and exhibition value, we offer breeding cats only to selected, approved catteries that demonstrate:

– ethical breeding practices,

– transparent record-keeping,

– and commitment to health and verification standards.

Each request for a breeding cat is individually reviewed and assessed. Not every kitten, even from a Champion line, qualifies for breeding — selection is based on type, genetic balance, temperament, and long-term breed contribution, not on demand or payment.

IconicSX reserves the right to refuse any breeding request that does not align with our ethics or the DBE Verification Framework. Our aim is to protect the integrity of the breed and ensure that every IconicSX cat contributes positively to the future of the Sphynx and DBE lines.

Breeding cats are offered exclusively to verified and approved catteries that share our standards of ethics, transparency, and feline welfare. Each breeding placement is handled individually, under a dedicated contract and NDA.

The value of a breeding cat is not defined by a fixed price, but by the level of support, genetic documentation, and long-term cooperation provided. Each approved breeder receives direct guidance, mentoring, and access to verified DBE data to ensure responsible breeding and transparent record-keeping.

This includes:

– consultation on pairing decisions and genetic compatibility,

– assistance in health monitoring and testing protocols,

– and continuous educational support under the DBE Verification Framework.

Our goal is to establish partnerships, not transactions — grounded in trust, ethics, and scientific integrity.

11. It is important to read the sales contract for more details and important information. The draft  will be sent to you before reservation is made.

The ownership of the kitten/ cat remains with IconicSX, until the animal is resident with the new owner. You cannot sell or transfer the ownership without our written permission.

12.  Payments

Payment can be made via bank transfer only. We do not accept cash or PayPal under any circumstances. For international deliveries, the full adoption fee and delivery costs must be paid in advance, before any travel arrangements and name transfer are made.

13.  ​Kittens and cats  are one-of-a-kind. They are unique, living souls, each possessing their own distinct characteristics. There is no designated "cooling-off" period, and "returns & refunds  under  cooling off period" are not applicable. Animals are not furnitures. We advise you strongly to make an informed and thoughtful decision before buying any animal, as they are living individuals who have their feelings as you do have.

The surrender of adoption rights for any kitten or cat from our cattery is accepted solely under the terms and conditions specified in our Sale Agreement

14.  At IconicSX we breed our cats rarely.  We select the most promising kittens to stay in our cattery  to include them in our breeding program later in their life. Occasionally, high quality older kittens  may be available for adoption . Contact us  to check for availability and to be placed on the waiting list.
